Ante 9 is a trading tool. Please read the risk disclosure before using it.

Risk Disclosure

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.

Ante 9 is a tool, not advice

Ante 9 does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. It does not recommend trades, predict markets, or evaluate whether any trade is suitable for you. It calculates position size from numbers you choose and sends orders you initiate. Every order is placed by you.

What the risk features do and don't do

Ante 9 includes a position sizer, a daily-loss lockout and an account drawdown guard. These are aids, not guarantees:

They cannot prevent loss. They act on information available to the software, after the market has already moved.
Orders are subject to slippage, gaps, halts, limit moves, rejections and outages. A stop order is not a guaranteed exit price.
The drawdown guard is an estimate. Your prop firm's actual trailing threshold is not exposed to the platform. Ante 9 reconstructs it from figures you enter plus your reported account balance. If those figures don't match your firm's, the calculated limit will be wrong. Always verify against your firm's own dashboard. Ante 9 is not responsible for a failed evaluation or a breached account.
Guardrail settings can be changed or disabled by you at any time. They are not a lock.

Dependencies outside our control

Ante 9 runs inside Bookmap and routes orders through your broker. Platform behaviour, connectivity, data quality, order handling and execution are outside our control. Software can contain defects. Test in simulation before risking real money, and keep the ability to manage positions directly in your platform and with your broker.

No performance claims

Nothing on this site or in the product is a claim, promise or projection of profitability. Screenshots and demonstrations illustrate features, not expected results.

Privacy Policy

Short version: the software collects nothing about you and sends nothing anywhere.

What the software does

No telemetry, no analytics, no account. Ante 9 has no usage tracking and no sign-in.
Your trading data stays on your machine. Settings, the diagnostic log (tbs-debug.log) and the plan-log CSV are written to your own Documents folder and are never transmitted.
One outbound request, and only if you configure it. If you set a cloud levels URL, Ante 9 fetches that file to draw reference levels. It sends nothing with the request beyond what any file download requires. Leave the field blank and the software makes no network calls of its own.
Orders go to your broker through Bookmap, exactly as any order you place manually would.

If you send us a log

Diagnostic logs are only ever shared if you choose to send one for support. They contain trading activity and your broker account identifier. They do not contain passwords or API keys. If you'd rather not share the account id, remove it before sending. We use logs solely to diagnose the issue you reported.

This website

The waitlist form collects your email address and is handled by Mailchimp for the sole purpose of telling you when Ante 9 launches. You can unsubscribe from any email. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data as part of delivering it.

Third parties

Bookmap, your broker and your prop firm each have their own privacy practices, which govern their handling of your data. Ante 9 is not affiliated with any of them.

Terms

Ante 9 is pre-launch and is not yet offered for sale. This site currently does nothing but describe the product and collect waitlist signups. The full End User License Agreement is being finalised and will be presented at purchase and included with the software before anything is sold.

Using this site

This site is provided as-is for information. Content may change without notice. Joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side — no purchase, no commitment, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

What the licence will cover

So there are no surprises at purchase, the agreement covers: a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software; no redistribution, resale or reverse engineering; ownership of the software remaining with its author; no affiliation with Bookmap, any broker or any prop firm; the trading-risk and no-advice terms set out in the Risk Disclosure above; disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability to the amount you paid; and that Bookmap platform fees, broker fees and prop-firm rules are separate and your responsibility.
